At Soleilu you can create a custom-made jewel, either starting from an existing model on the website or designing something new inspired by the Soleilu universe.
A new piece is always created, designed just for you.
What can be customized?
Initial model or idea
You can:
• Choose any piece from the website as a reference (ring, necklace, bracelet, earrings…).
• Or tell me your idea from scratch (shapes, sensations, references) so that I can translate it into the Soleilu language.
Hand engraving
Messages, numbers, special words, dates, small illustrations or symbols, always with the Soleilu style: organic, simple and full of character.
Stones
Orders with specific stones (colors, types of stone, combinations…) within the possibilities of the workshop.
Custom sizes
Size adjustments outside the standard options or tailored to your measurements.
Metals and finishes
Through this service you can also request:
• Gold plating on a website piece (depending on the model and technical feasibility).
• Casting in yellow or white gold of a Soleilu design or your custom piece.
These gold finishes have an extra cost that we will assess together according to the model, weight and type of piece.
Choose your level of customization
So you can tailor your order to what you have in mind, this service is divided into three levels:
Basic
For small changes and simple details.
Includes things like:
• A short hand engraving (initials, date, short word).
• A small adjustment to an existing model.
• Minimal size adjustments within the standard range.
Medium
For customizations with a bit more work.
Includes, for example:
• More elaborate hand engraving or in several areas.
• Changing the stone or choosing a specific stone within the available options.
• Some design changes on a Soleilu model (textures, volumes, small additions).
High
For highly custom pieces with more workshop hours.
Includes:
• Compositions with several stones.
• Major changes to a Soleilu model.
• Very special pieces or almost “from scratch” that require more design and testing.
The price you see when selecting the customization level corresponds to the base work of that level.
If after talking by email we see that your idea (including possible gold plating or gold casting) requires more hours, more material or extra work, I will let you know before starting and create a second order with the price difference, always with your approval.
Production times
Each custom piece is made from scratch in the workshop.
The production time is 15 to 30 days from when we define the final design together (not including shipping).
How it works
Purchase this base customization product.
Write your idea in the order note: model that inspires you (if any), approximate size, type of stone, engraving, symbols, whether you want gold plating or gold casting, etc.
I will reply by email to define all the details (design, exact deadlines, metal options and possible technical limits).
If the customization implies a higher cost than the chosen level, I will inform you before starting and create a second order with the price difference so you can pay for it securely.
Once everything is confirmed, I will start creating your custom-made jewel.
Custom pieces are non-returnable, as they are made specifically for you.
Jewelry care
Silver is a living metal: over time it can darken slightly by reacting with air, skin or some cosmetics.
To keep your pieces in good condition, we recommend:
– Store them in a dry place, away from direct light and humidity.
– Avoid contact with perfumes, creams, chlorine or cleaning products.
– Clean the silver with a soft polishing cloth when you notice it losing its shine.
If the jewelry contains stones, avoid strong impacts and sudden temperature changes.
Shipping and Returns
We ship all parts from Spain.
If the size and model you have chosen are in stock, we will prepare your order and ship it as soon as possible.
If we need to manufacture your jewelry especially for you, the production time is usually between 10 and 20 days.
Once shipped, delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the carrier selected.

How to find your ideal size
- Step 1 : Measure the circumference of your finger above the knuckle (You can use a string or a piece of paper, marking it with a marker as in the video)
- Step 2 : Find the circumference measurement in millimeters in the table and look for the corresponding size in the size systems of Spain, Europe (EU), United States (US), or United Kingdom (UK)/Australia (AU).
- Another alternative : measure the inner diameter of a ring that fits you well.
Example :
If your circumference measures 56 mm, your size would be:
- Spain : Size 16
- EU : Size 56
- US : Size 7 ½
- UK/AU : Size O
Tips to ensure the perfect fit :
- If you are between two sizes, choose the larger size, especially if the ring is wide.
- If your size varies slightly between the two hands, remember that the dominant hand tends to be a little larger.
- It's always better to measure a finger than a ring, as rings can change shape over time.

soleilu.
Soleilu is slow jewelry, made by a single person, piece by piece, in Spain. That's why many pieces exist in very limited quantities and sell out quickly.
If you see that a product or your size is unavailable, you can activate the "Notify me when it's back in stock" option and leave your email address. When I receive your notification, I'll contact you to see if you'd like me to make that piece especially for you, tailored to your size and needs.
If you prefer to discuss it directly, you can also email me at hola@soleilu.com with the name of the piece of jewelry you like, your size, and any ideas you have. I'll reply with options, timelines, and a quote for creating your custom piece.
FAQ
Tienes nuestra guía de tallas para medirte en casa en un minuto: solo necesitas un anillo que ya te quede bien o una tira de papel. Si tienes dudas, escríbenos a hola@soleilu.com o por instagram y te ayudamos a acertar. Y si al recibirlo la talla no es la tuya, no te preocupes: escríbenos dentro de 7 días y buscamos solución.
El envío es gratis en pedidos de +150 € en España y la Unión Europea, y +350 € en el resto del mundo. Por debajo de esas cantidades, el coste se calcula al finalizar la compra. Los pedidos salen en 2-3 días laborables y suelen llegar en 1-4 días laborables según destino.
Cada pieza de Soleilu está hecha a mano. Las que ya tenemos listas en el taller (colección Piezas listas para enviar) salen en 2-3 días. Las que se hacen por encargo tardan entre 15 y 30 días, porque las elaboramos una a una con mucho cariño. En cuanto tu joya sale hacia ti, te avisamos con el seguimiento. Si tienes alguna duda siempre puedes contactarnos!
Sí. Tienes 14 días desde que recibes tu pedido para devolverlo si no es lo que esperabas, siempre que vuelva sin usar y en su estado original. Para cambios de talla, escríbenos y lo gestionamos.
Las piezas que sean hechas a medida o personalizadas NO se pueden devolver.
Todas nuestras joyas son de plata de ley 925, hechas a mano en España. La plata de ley puede oscurecerse un poco con el tiempo (es normal y tiene arreglo): se recupera su brillo con un paño o un baño de agua con jabón neutro. Al ser plata de ley, es apta para la mayoría de pieles sensibles. Si necesitas ayuda para restaurar tu joya escríbenos y te acompañamos.
Claro, es una de las cosas que más nos gusta hacer! Con nuestro servicio a medida puedes inspirarte en un modelo o traernos tu idea desde cero: grabados a mano, piedras, tallas especiales y opciones en oro. El plazo estimado es de 15-30 días. Escríbenos y le damos forma juntas.
Detrás de cada pieza hay un taller que la cuida. Si con el uso normal algo no va bien, escríbenos: revisamos tu joya y buscamos la mejor solución para repararla o restaurarla.
Sí que hay garantía por defectos de fabricación. Una joya buena debe durar de por vida.
Totalmente. El pago se procesa de forma segura y cifrada a través de Shopify, y aceptamos tarjeta, PayPal, Apple Pay, Bizum, Klarna. Tus datos nunca se comparten.
Sí. Cada joya se envía en su packaging cuidado, listo para regalar. Si es un regalo y quieres que incluyamos una notita o que no aparezca el precio, dínoslo en las notas del pedido y lo preparamos con mimo.
