exchanges and returns

At Soleilu, each piece is handcrafted with dedication and care. That's why we understand the importance of your complete satisfaction with your purchase.

Withdrawal period

If you made your purchase through our online store, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to request a return or exchange, provided that the product has not been used and is in its original packaging.

Exceptions

For reasons of Hygiene and personalization; returns are not accepted in the following cases:

- Custom or made-to-order pieces (e.g., engravings, specific sizes, custom designs, or modifications to the original design).

- Items for intimate use (such as earrings) except for manufacturing defects.

Returns due to defect or error

If the product arrives damaged or an incorrect item has been sent, Soleilu will assume all return or replacement costs.
To do this, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order by writing to hola@soleilu.com with your order number, a brief description, and photos of the affected item.

Returns due to size

We know that getting the right size can be tricky, so we offer the option to adjust or remake your ring under these conditions:

- The first size exchange can be requested within 14 calendar days of receipt.

- If the adjustment requires partially remaking the piece (for example, in closed rings or rings with stones), a cost of between €10 and €25 may be applied, depending on the type of jewelry.

  • The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs of the size exchange, unless it is our mistake.

To request a replacement, please email us at hola@soleilu.com with your order number and the new size you require. We will then provide you with all the necessary instructions for the secure shipping of your jewelry.

Refunds

Once the return has been received and verified, we will proceed to refund the corresponding amount using the same payment method used.
The refund will include the price of the product and, where applicable, the original shipping costs (unless the customer chooses a delivery method other than the cheapest standard one).
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defect or error.
