Handmade pieces

Each Soleilu jewel is handmade, individually, in our workshop.
We work with 925 sterling silver .

For high-quality gold plating, only upon request.

For solid gold pieces, only upon request.

Due to their handcrafted nature, slight variations may exist between pieces. These differences are not imperfections, but rather part of their unique character.

Customizations

We offer the possibility of customizing many of our pieces.
Available options include:

Engravings: initials, dates, or significant words.
Special or adapted sizes.
Custom finishes: matte, glossy, aged.
Custom designs: creation of an exclusive piece based on an idea, reference or memory.

To request a customization, you can write to us at hola@soleilu.com indicating your idea, approximate budget and desired date.
We will respond with a tailored proposal and, if necessary, a preliminary sketch.

Delivery times for custom parts can vary between 2 and 6 weeks , depending on the type of order and the time of year.

Care and maintenance

Proper jewelry care ensures its durability and shine over time. We recommend following these guidelines:

Avoid contact with chemicals such as perfumes, creams, chlorine, alcohol, or cleaning products, which can damage the metal or gold plating.
Store them in a dry, enclosed place , preferably in their individual box or bag, away from moisture and direct sunlight.
Clean them gently with a cotton cloth or jewelry polishing cloth. If necessary, use warm water with mild soap and a soft brush. Dry the piece thoroughly before storing it.
Avoid sleeping, showering, or playing sports while wearing jewelry , as friction and moisture can accelerate wear and tear.
The tarnishing of silver is not a defect. It is a natural reaction to oxygen and sulfur in the air. It can be easily cleaned with a cloth or a solution specifically designed for silver.

Repairs and flocks of gold

We offer repair, polishing and gold plating services for Soleilu pieces.
If your jewelry has been damaged or has lost its shine over time, we can restore it to its original condition.
