We reserve the right to refuse any order that does not meet these requirements. All prices are in Euros and do not include shipping costs, which will be added to the total order price. Payment can be made using the options available on the website.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery times vary depending on the customer's location and product availability. We make every effort to ship products within the timeframe indicated when placing the order. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service or circumstances beyond our control. Shipping costs will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase.

7. Returns and Exchanges

If you made your purchase through our online store, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to request a return or exchange, provided that the product has not been used and is in its original packaging.

Exceptions

For hygiene and personalization reasons, returns are not accepted in the following cases:

- Custom or made-to-order pieces (e.g., engravings, specific sizes, custom designs, or modifications to the original design).

Items for intimate use (such as earrings), except for manufacturing defects.

Our jewelry is guaranteed for 6 months from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects. This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by accidents.
