Ready-to-ship orders: As we are a small, artisanal business, we don't keep stock. We have some jewelry already made and ready to ship, while other items need to be made to order. If you need something urgently, please contact us before placing an order. Ready-to-ship orders are processed within 1-3 business days after receiving payment. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed.

Custom orders or personalized items: For orders that we have to manufacture or personalized items, we have a minimum of 15 days plus shipping time.

Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at the time of purchase based on your preferred shipping method and your location.

SPAIN COLLECTION POINT (INPOST): €4.40 Collect your order at a collection point near your address.

INPOST PORTUGAL 4 DAYS: €4.50 Collect your order at a collection point near your address in Portugal.

INPOST GERMANY, AUSTRIA 6 DAYS: €14.50 Collect your order at a collection point near your address.

INPOST COLLECTION POINT (FRANCE, BELGIUM, LUXEMBOURG, NETHERLANDS): €7.50 Collect your order at a collection point near your address.

STANDARD EUROPE 7-15 DAYS: €15 Receive your order at home.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We are pleased to offer international shipping to many countries. Please note the following:

Customs and Taxes: International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

Delivery Time: International delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method. Please allow 15-20 business days for standard international shipping.

Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package through the carrier's website.

Packaging: Your jewelry will be carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. We use recycled, durable, and discreet packaging to protect your items during transit. By recycled packaging, we mean: plastics, cardboard, or other used materials, or used old packaging.

Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service team immediately at hola@soleilu.com . We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order as soon as possible.
