product care

Silver care.

Sterling silver jewelry is gorgeous and durable, but it can tarnish naturally over time, especially when exposed to certain chemicals like sulfur or bleach or even some skin care cosmetics. It can also occur when it is not used for a long time and is not stored in a dry place.

Don't worry because the rust is easy to remove! Each purchase includes a complimentary polishing cloth to keep your jewelry in its best condition. Additionally, you can make a simple cleaning solution at home: line a bowl with aluminum foil, fill it with water and baking soda, and gently scrub your jewelry with a brush.

Tip: To maintain the shine of silver jewelry, I recommend storing it in a small plastic bag or in a dry, closed place.

Glass care:

Borosilicate glass jewelry is known for its strength and uses in kitchens and laboratories, but you have to tread carefully.

Care Tips

1. Avoid Shock: Although borosilicate glass is strong, it can still break if dropped or subjected to strong impacts.

2. Cleaning: Clean your jewelry with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that could scratch the surface.

3. Storage: Store your jewelry in a padded box or separate compartment to prevent it from being scratched against other objects.

Repairs: Accidents happen and I understand it because I am very clumsy. No problem; glass is 100% reusable and repairable. If your borosilicate glass jewelry becomes damaged, please contact me for repair services.
